Recently we decided to sell our Sunnybank home and relocate in another city some distance from Brisbane.  We arranged with the Sunnybank branch of Re/Max to handle the sale of our property, and Nazima Hansa, a member of the Re/Max team took over the management of the marketing of our house.

Right from Nazima's first visit we were impressed by her knowledge of the current state of the real estate market in Brisbane and this local area in particular.  It was quite obvious that she had carefully researched all relevant available information, and thus was able to give us comprehensive and accurate information on what might be expected from the sale of our property.

A major part of Nazima's task was to handle all the arrangements for publicity and advertising, "open house" days and other inspections, while she actively promoted our property among those of her clients whose interest indicated they could be potential buyers.  As a result, attendance at inspections on "open days" and other occasions was most encouraging.
