I am inviting you to join the newly launched free Yahoo Group RealEstateInBrisbaneSouthernSuburbs where you can post comments and questions on any issues pertaining to the real estate market in Brisbane and join the Discussion Forum.

 

With the increasing use of the Internet, today’s property buyers and sellers have access to more information than they have ever had in the past. Many of our clients have become very computer savvy and use the knowledge they gain from these sources to help them in negotiating a sale or a purchase.    

 

As a service to my clients I have set up a forum to support and facilitate discussion on real estate issues which would be of assistance to both experienced as well as first time purchasers and sellers interested in the property market in the Brisbane Southern Suburbs. It is my hope that this can become a useful platform through which buyers and sellers may gain and impart independent information.

 

This service is absolutely free for subscribers and is designed to focus on real estate investing matters in the Brisbane Southern Suburbs. The forum will NOT be used for direct marketing purposes, and messages to the forum will be moderated for content, appropriateness and relevance. You can unsubscribe from the group AT ANY TIME.

 

More specifically, by subscribing to the forum you can:

 

1. Pose questions to fellow buyers and sellers (and respond to others)

2. Learn from other sellers’ and buyers’ personal experiences (and relate your own)

3. Obtain advice and guidance from other sellers and buyers (and offer the same)

4. Debate current topics related to the Real Estate industry

5. Learn about local areas and suburbs from residents

6. Understand the requirements of the Real Estate Industry

There two ways of joining the RealEstateInBrisbaneSouthernSuburbs Discussion Group.

 

1. You can go to the http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/RealEstateInBrisbaneSouthernSuburbs/ link and join the group with a Yahoo Id, or

 

2. Email me at nazima.hansa@remax.com.au your first and last names and I will add you to the Group. This is by far the quicker and simpler way to get you started off immediately.

 

After this, when a member emails a message to the Group all members of the Group will receive the message as a normal email.
