2005 was a
significant milestone in my career. I started off in the Real Estate industry in
Brisbane ten years to the date when you could buy a 4-bedroom home in Eight Mile
Plains for under $150 000 and a 700sq m block of land for as little as $60 000.
Just as these prices have increased dramatically over these years so has my
passion and enthusiasm for the profession. In this time I have had to embrace
and take advantage of the many new technologies from PDAs, mobile phones and SMS, the Internet, email, virtual tours,
wireless communication and a whole lot of others. Getting to grips with all of
them over this short period has been challenging to say the least.
But while they
have helped make me more efficient, more accessible and more productive they
have never been a substitute for developing empathy and a personal relationship
with my clients.
Hence my firm and
enduring commitment to my slogan

My current email
database of clients stands at over 1000 clients. I keep them informed on a
regular basis about my listings, market trends and hints on making the most of
their sale or purchase. I receive on average of between 30 and 40 emails a day
via
nazima.hansa@remax.com.au with enquires on properties and listings and
requests for advice and assistance on related matters. I like to think that I
get to respond to them within 24 hours and usually much less.

need arises and I see it is a window as to who I am as a person, as a
professional and as a partner to my potential and present clients. Here you will
find many frequently asked questions on property related issues, my current
listings, Saturday open houses of the whole Sunnybank sales team, and even the
latest weather forecast for Brisbane.
But, while these
tools and technologies are likely to change beyond recognition as I move into my
next decade the need, as I see it, for the ‘personal touch’ and building rapport
and strong and lasting relationships will continue to prevail and dominate.
