I, your agent, Nazima Hansa, hereby pledge to perform the following services until such time as a binding Agreement for Sale and Purchase has been executed, or until the expiration of the Agency Agreement.

I pledge –

ü     To inform you, my client, of everything I do in relation to the marketing of your property.

ü     To have you approve all photographs, adverts, editorials and other promotional material used in the marketing campaign.

ü     To return any un-committed or surplus marketing budget monies, should your property be sold prior to the end of the agreed marketing campaign.

ü     To inform you of all progress and any problems.

ü     To report to you in writing every 7 days of the progress that I am making.

ü     To qualify all buyer enquiry as to price and finance.

ü     To follow-up all buyers to secure second inspections where possible.

ü     To negotiate every contract to the highest price possible.

ü     To always act in your interest and upon your instructions, provided any instructions are within any statutory requirements and comply with the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act.

Should I fail to provide any of the above, you are invited to bring this to my attention and I undertake to rectify the matter within seven days of the receipt of your advice.  You will then have the option of terminating the Agency Agreement should the problem not be resolved.
